Windows 10: Internet Connections

When I troubleshoot my Internet Connections from the control panel I get a message saying "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection." and then underneath it says "The device or resource wpad.Home is not set up to accept connections on port "The World Wide Web service HTTP." The problem has been going on for around three days and it only happens with our 5G network. I'll be on it and it will run super slow speeds only on my laptop and will randomly say I am not connected to the internet, but it doesn't happen to any of my other devices. Only on my computer. I've gone through and made sure my proxy settings were off, but still nothing has worked It would be nice to fix the slow internet speeds on my computer and the random drop in internet connection. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Try the following steps:

  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

  Click “View All”

  Select "Internet Explorer connection"
  
•

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you try to
renew

IP address. To do this, follow these steps:

    Ipconfig/release
    and hit
    Enter.

    and hit
