Windows 10: Internet cuts off then a few seconds later it goes on again but also refreshes my pc.

I'm using an ethernet cable, and recently it's keeps on cutting off the internet then a few seconds later comes back on but at the same time all my icons on my computer refreshes likes it's loading. I've not it more recently when playing games it comes up with jitter. Then I get disconnected from the server. I don't know if it's related but I think it may have started when I was trying to fix that security download that keeps on failing. But does anyone have an idea as to what the problem is troubleshooter can't cause it's says no internet connection or it can't find a problem since it's actin

Folder refresh every 60 seconds

I have a new computer that has Windows 10 on it. When I open any of the storage folders such as "My Pictures" it refreshes every 60 seconds. If I have scrolled down in the file list I will then lose my place because the screen refreshes and goes back
to the top of the list. This is incredibly frustrating! Please help.

 

Network connection keeps cutting out

To assist you with your concern, we suggest you try to reboot your Modem to refresh your network since it was not listed on your post.

We also suggest that you try to reinstall your network adapter if the first troubleshooting step didn't work.

Internet cuts out randomly for a split second.

Starting this morning my internet cuts out randomly, but only for a second then it comes right back on. I have gone through power management and unchecked the box that allowed my PC to turn it off to conserve power, and checked the driver for the wireless
receiver.
