Windows 10: Internet disappears on Asus TUF Gaming and MediaTek network adapter

Good afternoon. Recently, I've been having some problems with my laptop. The thing is that the Internet started to disappear on the laptop. I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F15. At first everything was fine when I bought it, but a year later the Internet started to disappear on my computer. At first I thought that the router was bad, but when I stayed in different places 4 times in a couple of months, with friends and relatives, where they have their own router, the problem did not disappear. Wifi Driver now goes missing on (ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506LH)

Have you tried installing the driver using the installer provided on the support page of the Asus website?

I noticed that the WiFi on this computer can be from MediaTek or Intel. So install both drivers and see if the adapter will work.

My WiFi disappears from Network and Internet Settings in Windows 11 when laptop PC is plugged.

I own an ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA5061C laptop PC with a MediaTek WiFi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN card. Since last week, every time I plug the laptop PC to AC power, the WiFi disconnects and disappears from the Network and Internet Settings after a minute or two. This has happened even when I'm connected to two different WiFi routers from two different Internet service providers. I already tried doing multiple restarts, a network reset and a driver update for the network adapters but it didn't work. Anyone who can help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.

 

Asus Tuf Gaming F15 Wi-fi problem

I am not a very technical guy, but I had the same problem. I went to ASUS TUF Gaming F15｜Laptops For Gaming｜ASUS Global, picked my specific model - and downloaded the drivers related to network/wifi. It was called "MediaTek WLAN Driver" - after this the wifi cutouts stopped happening.

EDIT: This worked for a solid 24 hours before it reverted back to its old self. After this in the towel and have now reset my PC and it is working good so far.
