Windows 10: Internet disconnects whenever my CPU really starts to run, like when using Photoshop or...

Whenever i try to play a multiplayer game, or whenever I run software that heavily uses my CPU, the internet disconnects. After i pause the game/program the internet is back on. This only happens in these specific situations, not randomly. Any idea what should I do? I already tried reinstalling the windows and I replaced the thermal paste.

Internet disconnects frequently while playing steam games

Yes, I can confirm that both the computer which I am starting the game on, and another computer, gets a Ping Timeout.

What happens is, i start the game. As soon as i do anything that interferes with the internet (e.g. loading up the Servers list to join a game, or sometimes i even get into the game, but gets disconnected too quick for me to start playing)

 

How to Schedule Auto shutdown when internet get disconnected?

when i set action to run a program, i select "shutdown" and nothing happens. how to shutdown ?
