Windows 10: Internet Explorer 11

Hello, for some reason Internet Explorer 11 is missing in Windows 10. I open up the software called turn windows features on or off and look for Internet Explorer 11 but it not there anymore. I then go to control panel, click programs & features, click turn windows features on or off and IE is no longer listed. Furthermore, I also tried download IE from this website Install it and reset the laptop as it told me to do so but IE is no way to be found & also I like to note in C:\Program Files I found a folder called Internet Explorer.

History is missing in Internet Explorer 11

  Is history tab is missing or history entries is missing in Internet Explorer?
