Windows 10: Internet freezes/stops for 3-4 seconds.

Hi,My internet completely stops for 3-4 seconds. Around a month ago, i had no problem at that time i was using windows 11 but not the insider version which I installed yesterday hoping it would fix the problem. Then suddenly, without changing anything on my computer or modem/router that I know of because some updates installed themselves without me knowing since I put it that way in my settings. it started. Everything i did:- Called my ISP -> everything is fine. A technician even came to my house. Although, while talking with them on the phone, he told me that he saw that my wifi adapte

Windows Update will not open in Settings

Computer freezes every 3-4 seconds for about 1 second

Since yesterday evening, I may be wrong, my HP Notebook - 15-af153sa (ENERGY STAR) has been freezing regularly for 1 second every 3-4 seconds. It's really bugging me when watching videos. Audio is unaffected by this problem, it's only the display.

My specs:

AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 1.80Ghz

Windows 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Please help!
