Windows 10: Internet Games lagging after windows update Windows 11

Hello all, I've been having issues with online gameplay after a windows update. I get lag spikes, but the ping remains fine. I've ran several things to try and find a fix but nothing permanent so far.I've tried: sfc /scannow : nothing foundReset Network Adapter : This actually yielded a positive result, everything ran smoothly, but only for about ten minutes or so and the problem returned.All graphics card drivers are up to date.I tried a soft reset of windows but that didn't work. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth : this provided a momentary fix also, but the issue persisted aft

Can surf internet with no lag, Playing games like TF2, Gmod, Counter strike :global offensive. Max resolution. cable speed is around 20 mb/s with 5 mbs up
