  1. Internet insanely slow after KB5053606 update

Since the KB5053606 update, my internet has become infuriatingly slow, in many cases loading indefinitely or simply timing out when I try to access a new page. I tried several times to uninstall it, both via the Control Panel Installed Updates and via the PowerShell, but both times encountered an error where the update could not be uninstalled. My computer is rendered all but useless as a result of this update; how do I get rid of it?

    :)
