Windows 10: Internet is disconnecting and don’t know why

So I’ve never used this forum before but I’ve been having issues with my internet and decided to try it out. Lately while gaming my internet will disconnect and I have to unplug my router and plug it back in and then wait a while and then my computer connects again. It also does it to my gf’s pc while she’s gaming. We’re both connected by Ethernet and let’s say if we play games 3 hours it will disconnect 2-3 times during that time span. It doesn’t seem to happen at any other time while using our pcs except while we’re gaming and doesn’t happen to any other devices we use internet with .. tv’s,

AT&T wasn't much of a help. All they suggested was to replace my router and modem with their products.

Internet disconnection

I don't know why I have disconnection while using the Internet. Is it due to the ISP or the router or modem? The modem and router all have lights on. It disconnected for less than 30s then back on.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
