Windows 10: Internet is extremely slow after Windows 11 update

I'm really frustrated because my internet speeds were fast prior. I installed the driver update , after that the internet is very slow. Speed test gives 10mb now but before it was 150mb. the problem is with only one system where the driver got updated,

Once again, Microsoft's forced update has caused a problem. Many others have reported this extreme slowness issue in this forum, but almost none have received useful answers.
