Windows 10: Internet issues 0 Kbps received signals

So yesterday, when I was using my device, I was experiencing serious internet issues, so I did an internet test but the internet speed was fine. I also checked other devices but they weren't experiencing any issues at all. Soon, I realized that I was receiving 0 Kbps internet signals for about 10 seconds every once in a while. I tried updating my internet drivers and that also didn't work. I then troubleshooted my internet connection, but it was also fine. 0 Kbps Send/Received

Hey I have been getting this problem for quite some time and it's starting to annoy me quite a lot. So whenever I connect to the internet I always check the Task Manager and it says: Kbps 0 Received/Send. I have absolutly no clue where to go at this point.
I have tried implementing a MAC address, Switched channels in my router. My signal is great but Kbps is absolutely terrible. I feel like there is a very easy solution that I have not tried. Can anybody help me?

So I have tried out the speed test link you sent me and these are my results

Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

NOTE: I have used Ookla speed test in the past and I had much better results than this when connected to my usual wireless.

I have troubleshooted multiple times to see if there was anything that I could find and nothing seemed to pop up. I do remember a time that I reinstalled Windows 10 to see if there was any differences and nothing seemed to out (It's been 4 weeks since I
have been dealing with this problem).

Other than that I'm still getting 0 Kbps

I suggest you to follow the steps below and see if it helps:

Set Internet Explorer as default browser

I suggest you to set Internet Explorer as default web browser and restart the computer and see if it helps.

Disable Proxy

Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network.

Follow the steps below to disable proxy:

• Press “Windows Key” + “R”.
• Type “inetcpl.cpl”.
• Go to Connection.
• Click on LAN Settings.
• Check the box which says Automatically detect settings.
• Uncheck the box under Proxy server.

Run Internet Connection Troubleshooter

Though you are able to use internet, there could be some problems or some settings which could have stopped Windows services to connect to the internet.

I suggest you to run the Internet connection troubleshooter to fix such issues, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R
• Type Control
• Click on Troubleshooting
• Click on Connect to the internet
• Click on Next and follow the On-screen instructions
