Windows 10: Internet lenta apenas nk notebook Samsung win 10

Eu estou a vários dias com a internet lenta,já tentei de tudo-Apagar arquivos temporários -Verificar se era vírus-Desligar o svhost no gerenciador de tarefas-Desliguei a otimização de entrega-Atualizar o Windows e drivers no windows/samsung update-Resetar firewall-Redefinição de rede-E por fim eu já restaurei o Windows 2 vezes e nada Eu estou ficando abismado por tamanho problema ainda mais pelo fato de não existir nenhuma solução verdadeira para esse problema e não ter nenhuma atualização que cubra isso é simplesmente ridiculo ter algo que era para ser fácilmente resolvido deixar o PC inutili

Samsung NP3530EC Notebook

Hi, my Samsung notebook will not boot up.

I'm running Wins 10, there is no image backup, or system restore saved.

Using a Win 10 disk, it still will not repair the boot up files.

 

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
