Windows 10: Internet/Network will not load websites properly.

I have tried using other browsers to see if that were the root of the problem but it's the same issue on all of them. Images don't load they have the little broken image icon instead. And websites look like junk text in blue and purple default coding. How can I fix this?? Also more than half the websites I visit, the browser states that it is unsafe...when I used to go to them all the time. They're fine.

Network Adapter Problem: Websites will not load fully and is slow

I have been having this issue for a while now. I have contacted my Internet provider, and they say my connection and modem look okay. But the connection to my homepage on Microsoft Edge is slow to load and it won't load my homepage or websites all the way.
