Windows 10: Internet not connecting to specific network

I have a laptop and a mobile phone. When I turn on the mobile hotspot, my laptop would connect to it but shows "no internet, secured". If I connect the mobile hotspot to some other laptop, it would connect to it and work fine, similarly, If I connect another mobile's hotspot to my laptop, it would connect to it as well. It's just my mobile phone and my laptop are not being able to connect and provide internet, and it happened all of a sudden. It was working fine previously. It won't even connect in the open state no password.I have a windows 10, HP laptop.In the Control Panel, it shows under

Connecting computer with no internet connection to network printer

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
