Windows 10: Internet not working

I have started to have trouble with internet where I know it is the laptop and not router because the internet becomes fast than slow than repeats, I have tried 3 wifi connections, all with same issues, I restarted them as well. I also troubleshoot the wifi but nothing. I tried uninstalling driver and restarting my computer about 3 or 4 times. I also checked for viruses and no viruses from malware bytes. I know some viruses can affect your wifi as well. I also ran Dell Support Assist to optimize the network which it did but still nothing. I also check hardware. I need help asap. I need it fixed before Monday, May 13th of 2019.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Internet Explorer has stopped working

• Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
