    Internet on PC and PC only is slow


    Most of the time, my internet on my PC runs slow; this only happens on my PC, not on any other device. I run speed tests, and the only good amount of quality is in browsing; however gaming and video calling is slow. In device manager, my network adapter IntelR Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz has the error code 56.

    PC slow and not responding

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

    Hi,

    There are a lot of things that affects the speed and performance of your device. Your PC may become very slow when infected by virus and malware or when device's memory space is almost full. To isolate your concern, we'd like to ask the following questions:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Which Windows version are you using? Type winver in the search bar and press
      Enter to find out.
    • Is your device still slow even if it's disconnected from the internet?
    • Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to the issue?
    • What have yo done so far to to resolve the issue?

    Meanwhile, we suggest that you perform the methods recommended by Prabhavathi Patil in this
    thread to boost your device's performance.
