Windows 10: Internet only works for a minute after resetting modem then stops?

Recently moved and set my computer back up. Internet only works for a minute after resetting modem then stops. Everything says it's good and diagnostics can't find anything wrong. I've tried resetting drivers and DNS caches. Both ethernet and wifi not working. Ethernet is Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller and wifi is IntelR Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168. All other devices working fine. Provider tried a reset on there end with similar results, works for about a minute then just seems to dropthe internet connection no longer loading websites.

Internet Not Working

Yup, installing those drivers from the disk did not do anything.

• How might I install the drivers in the device manager?
• How do I reset the cable modem?

 

Internet stops working randomly...

I'm not an expert on internet far from it but there are some things you can try, do a system restore to before you had this problems or you can reset your modem if you have one.
