    Hello there,this is my first time posting, as I am at my wits end, the issue is obscure, but I'll try to describe it in as much details as possible.I'm running Windows 10 Pro.A few days ago my internet started periodically becoming unresponsive.Symptoms:Trying to access/refresh a website will sometimes take a very long time. To specify: they don't load slowly, as in the elements show up slowly one after the other, website contents loads almost instantly, but between clicking a link/opening a tab/refreshing a page nothing will happen for 10~30 seconds before the page starts loading.
