    hi i have an strenge problem wich is related to internet when i want to download or upload something in any apps or browsers i cant have my max speed of internet but when i check speedtest i have a good speed of downloading and uploading but whenever that i want to download something i just have very low speed and i dont no why i test some other interenet type but again problem steel teasing me can you help me PLS?
