Windows 10: Internet Problems in Multiplayer Games

Hello; While playing online games on my computer Steam, Epic Games and League of Legends etc..., the device's internet connection is cut off. I can access the internet from my other devices and my internet comes back after a while after I close the game. Turning off the firewall I don't have an external security application, I tried many solutions I also contacted the ISP, such as turning off IP6, using the IP4 Google DNS address, updating including Network Drivers, but the problem still persists. I also checked the logs through Event Viewer, but I could not see any logs that would be

2. I would suggest that you should raise a support ticked to seaofthieves also for this problem. So, you will be supported both by Windows community and seaofthieves also.

A final note, PlayStation users have to pay for online play also It is only PlayStation 3 users that don't . But ask yourself this: If Microsoft offer free play for online multiplayer, how would you fund the servers needed for Xbox Live?

• Less servers and availability?
• Less servers and sustainability?

Can't connect to multiplayer in Microsoft games

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to multiplayer in Microsoft games. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you could try:

1. Check your Internet connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable and has enough bandwidth for online gaming.
   
2. Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Sometimes, Firewall or Antivirus software can block certain applications from accessing the internet. Check your firewall and antivirus settings to make sure they're not blocking access for these games.
   
3. Update Games and Steam: Ensure that both Halo Infinite, Master Chief Collection, Minecraft, and Steam are updated to their latest versions.
   
4. Verify Game Files in Steam: In the Steam client, go to your Library > right-click on the game > Properties > Local Files tab > Verify Integrity of Game Files.
   
5. Reset Winsock Data: You can reset Winsock data which handles input/output requests for internet applications on Windows:
   
   • Press Win + X keys together and select Command Prompt (Admin) or PowerShell (Admin).
     
   • Type netsh winsock reset in command prompt then press Enter.
     
   • Restart your PC after it's done.
     
6. Reinstall Games/Steam: As a last resort, you might consider uninstalling and reinstalling the games or even Steam itself if none of these solutions work.
