Windows 10: Internet problems occurred after doing several fixes to system. 2

I already had a thread like this without the number 2 in the question. Basically in that thread I tried a lot of things, but long story short, I cannot get my Internet fully utilized by the applications, I tried youtube uploading, steam downloading, epic games downloading, and it just doesn't get to the point where my speed test results are, which makes 0 sense. here are the things I triednetsh winsock resetnetsh int ip resetipconfig /releaseipconfig /renewipconfig /flushdnsRight click on your network adapter device > Uninstall device > check the Attempt to remove the driver for this de

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Struggling to fix the internet access which works only for short periods.

Before I suggest you, I would like to know the Make and model number of the Computer?

Cause: Network drivers and network configuration issues can cause these problems to occur.

Let’s try the below step to fix the issue.

Method 1: Internet Connection troubleshooter.

• Press“Windows key + W” and type “troubleshooting”.
• Select “Troubleshooting”.
• Select “View all” on the top left corner.
• Click“Network & Internet”.
• Click on “Internet Connections”
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: If the above steps does not help, go to the below article and try the steps.

Method 1: Internet Connection Troubleshoot

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter
  

Method 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer
website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.

• 
  Select Network Adapter and expand the driver icon.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
