Windows 10: Internet problems on Windows 10 not caused by ISP

I live practically in the middle of nowhere in a tree covered area and many ISP's couldn't consider my home with a satellite because of the angles of the trees around my home but I was recently able to get Starlink satellite internet, unfortunately the way SpaceX designed this product is where it hops to different satellites once the Earth has rotated too far for one to work, but since there are still trees around my home, the internet will work for about 40 seconds, then stop working for about 20 seconds, then work for another 40 seconds, and so on and so forth.
