Windows 10: Internet problems or files or something. idk

i cant forget internet thingies and when i right click on them it auto connects them. and when i check the dont connect automatically it switches them back on, all virus scans come back clean and every game keeps crashing and saying no internet and disconnected. internet on phone is just fine and same w tv. ?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
