Windows 10: Internet randomly disconnects then reconnects

My PC's wifi internet randomly disconnects every 5 to 10 minutes, then reconnects after 2-5 minutes. It never loses connection to the Wifi, but the internet connectivity drops. I have tried two different wifi sources, but the problem persists, so it's not a router or signal strength issue. Also have tried disabling VPN, windows defender firewall, changing antivirus providers etc.I've confirmed I'm using the most updated driver for Realtek RTL8821CE.Please help, this issue is making my computer unusable for work / video calls dropping.

Router disconnects from internet and reconnects

My router has been acting up lately. Its been disconnecting from the internet and eventually reconnects overtime. But the disconnect happens so frequently, its annoying and I've reverted to asking for help.

 

Raid-0 Randomly Disconnects

The hard drives will randomly disconnect and reconnect. This is a huge problem when playing a game and it suddenly errors out because the hard drive will disconnect, then immediately reconnect.

I am going out to get some better SATA cables (these are questionable).

Any ideas why this would happen?

 

USB randomly disconnecting and reconnecting

Someone, I need help. My USB devices started to disconnecting and reconnecting after a second. It happens randomly, and I don't know what it is related with.

This issue occurred after I clean my PC. I knew what I did, I mean I didn't disconnect something, and now it's not working or something else...

I saw this thread on Microsoft support and did all described there, but it didn't help me. What I did:

1. reinstall chipset driver
   
2. uninstall all USB devices in devise manager and then rebooted
   
3. changed the power control of USB devices in the device manager
   
4. changed the power control of USB devices in control panel
   
5. power recycle my PC (turn off → unplug the power cables → press and hold the power button...)
   
6. updated my bios
   

Also, I am sure, that it is Windows problem, because I have dual boot Linux and there are no problems on Linux.
