Windows 10: Internet slow and not stable on every PC, any other device works perfectly fine

Hello, ever since I restarted my router, all PCs have had poor and unstable internet. However, all other devices smartphones, tablets, and MacBook have fast internet. The download speed is only 0.8Mbps, even though my phone gets more than 25Mbps. I have already tried changing my DNS and IP address, troubleshooting, and updating drivers. Nothing worksI’ve also watched several tutorials on YouTube about making settings changes, but nothing helped. Entering CMD commands like “IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS” or “NETSH INT IP RESET” didn’t help either.Can someone help me please? Thank you

Hi!..why is my pc's internet so slow while other devices working perfectly fine? this aside, but still is there's anything to stop internet lag? whenever i'm trying to call it keeps disconnecting a lot. meanwhile the internet in the other device is perfectly working, maybe i have a virus? any tips?

 

Internet randomly stops working on PC (works fine on other devices)

Also, I did the chkdsk C: /F /R but it didn't do anything.

It got stuck at 21% every single time and when ever I restart my PC it constantly starts scanning. Not sure how to stop it.
