    I have an HP Probook 450 G6 with Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.1889. My home internet connection is 300 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up, which I've confirmed on one other PC and two Android phones in my house.But, this PC is generally only getting 15-20 Mbps down, whether on wireless or Ethernet, even when it's sitting right next to one of the other devices that is getting the full speed. Occasionally I will get up to 200 or 300, but only for a moment.The strange thing is, at my office I am getting the full rated network speed there -- the issue is only with this PC on my home internet.Things that I've t

    1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig

    2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
      Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
      NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

    • Have you tried connecting to some other Internet connection and check if the same issue occurs?

    Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

    Hi Cody,

    Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

    • Outdated network adapter driver
    • Different Wi-Fi chipset
    • Computer processing speed

    Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

    We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.
