Windows 10: Internet slowed down in the span of one day, can you guys help me fix it?

So, I have this problem with my ethernet which had slowed down from 300Mbps to like 6-8Mbps tested it with Speedtest by Ookla, its the same with on my phone, so I think the problem is with the router/internet itself, but I dont know exactly what. I have used multiple solution with like cmd, router reset, custom dns, pc reset, tried calling customer service for my internet provider but had no solution also. So my last resort is turning to the people on the internet directly, maybe somebody had the same issue and fixed it somehow.My pc setup.Processor: 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-12400F, 250

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
