Windows 10: Internet speed affected by sound card

Hi, I want to ask for help with a very strange problem in windows 11. The problem is caused by the sound card, for example: even when I watch a video and the sound is played, the internet speed drops and I don't know why. If I play the same video but with the sound OFF, the problem does not exist. But the same thing happens when I open a game with the Internet. CPU its a8 9600, yes i know its not have official support by Microsoft but same happening and in windows 10. Why when i play any sound or when open a game make internet speed drops? My normal internet download its 500Mbps but whe

Having an outdated Ethernet card driver, faulty Ethernet cable, and outdated modem firmware are a few factors that affect the internet speed. If you have a spare Ethernet cable, then I suggest replacing the one you're using to determine if its the cable
that's causing your internet speed to slow down.

You may also update the driver of your Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet card. If the issue is triggered by having an outdated driver, then you can have Windows to search automatically for updated driver software to help fix and address the problem. Kindly check
out Update drivers in Windows 10 and follow the steps provided in updating the drivers.

If the above steps won't help, then I recommend that you get in touch with the WOW support team to check the modem. Since they're your Internet Service Provider, then they are the appropriate support to look into the modem and perform necessary updates or
troubleshooting on the device.

Slow Internet speeds of a newly installed Intel 8265 wireless card (on my XPS 15 9560)

Based on the information you have provided and the steps you have already taken, it seems that the issue is with the wireless card. It's possible that the card may be defective or has some defects since other devices were receiving constant internet speed.
We suggest that you try connecting to a different internet connection (cafe's, other internet connection, etc.) and see if it has the same issue. If yes, we suggest that you get in touch with the manufacturer or the shop that you have purchased the wireless
card.

following information:

• How's your laptop connected to the network? Is it directly wired to the modem/router or wirelessly connected?
• Were your other computers that were getting 100 Mbps download speed connected to the same network?
• Were there other devices connected to the network while you tried to download?
• Have you tried connecting your laptop to a different network? Did you get the same internet speed?

In the meantime, please run a speed test on your laptop. If the internet speed is slower that your internet package, then you may try to update the drivers of your network adapters to ensure that it's up-to-date. Please check out and follow the steps provided

If you're trying to download while your laptop is wirelessly connected to your network, then kindly check its wireless adapter speed by checking its Wireless Network Connection Status. Follow these steps:

2. On the right pane, click Change adapter options.
3. Right-click your Wireless Network Connection and click
   Status.
