  1. Internet speed is different depending on accounts

I have a problem where the internet is slower on my account, however the other accounts have normal and faster speeds. There are 2 accounts on my PC. The default admin account and my account, also set to have admin settings enabled. When I'm on the admin account the internet speed is about 1 gigabit, however on my account it's only 200-400 megabits.I have searched a lot of websites to find an answer to my question, but anything I tried didn't help.

    :)

  2. Will internet speed decrease or increase with the use of different connections?

    Hello Rahul,

As your concern is to know the internet speed using different connections, we will help you with this issue.

I would like to inform that internet speed depends on bandwidth speed of ISP (Internet Service Provider) and also depends on modem capacity to handle the speed.

Hope it helps. Get back to us for further assistance. We will be happy to help you.

    Thank you.

Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

    Hi Cody,

Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

    • Outdated network adapter driver
    • Different Wi-Fi chipset
    • Computer processing speed

Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.

Feel free to post back if you have other concerns.
