Windows 10: Internet speed over wifi capped at 100Mbps windows 11

Hello Team,I am experiencing slow speed on my Intel NUC 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-1240P where my Wifi Speed is capped at 100Mbps. I have other Laptops from Dell and Asus and have confirmed that I am getting my original speed of 300Mbps Speed checked on both Ookla and fast.com Need help to identify config on NUC which is restricting internet speed over Wifi

Windows 11 slow internet speed

I recently upgraded my internet to 100mbps, but my windows 11 pc is only getting around 9mbps. I've tested the internet speed on my other devices and they're all getting around 100mbps.

 

Windows capping internet speed

Windows is capping my internet speed to 20MBit per second when connected to my router

ways i tried connecting
Network Connection is capped when connected to my Home Network through WiFi

Network Connection is capped when connected to my Home Network Through mobile hotspot wifi sharing

Network Connection is capped when connected to my Home Network through USB Tethering

Network Connection is NOT capped when connected to phone's mobile data through hotspot

Mobile phone does not experience same network capping when connected to WiFi
Tried router factory reset also same issue

 

Realtek Gaming 2.5Gbe Family Controller Download Speeds Capped and Slowed

I've tried all of the recommended steps, but it has not solved the issue. I was getting maximum speeds (300Mbps) for the past couple of weeks, but it's back to being capped at just under 100mbps now. I'm pretty sure this is a Windows problem. Speed tests on other devices connected via LAN and Wi Fi show maximum speeds.
