Windows 10: Internet Speed!

Hi, I have changed my internet provider from Virgin Media to Yayzi City Fiber as they have speeds up to 2.3gbps for both download and upload. Since joining them I have never had my download close to 2.3gbps as it's mainly between 1600-1800mpbs. My upload has never been over 1200mbps. I have upgraded my pc ethernet port so it can manage speeds upto 2.5gbps. The provider has done many test and their recent test showed they the router is getting the full speeds they are providing but my pc just isn't getting it.They once mentioned that there was a windows issue that stops you from getting the f

Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

Hi Cody,

Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

• Outdated network adapter driver
• Different Wi-Fi chipset
• Computer processing speed

Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.
