Windows 10: Internet throughput cut by half

Hi all, I hope all is well with you and your families! As of a couple of months ago my pc, windows 7 ultimate began experiencing issues with the internet connection. First, I noticed that my bandwidth, which is usually somewhere in the 600+ Mbps was at about 300 Mbps. So I called Comcast and after several hours of troubleshooting there was no resolution. A week ago I started having problems even connecting to the network, as my connection had a yellow triangle and a message "unidentified network" so I did the basics, uninstall and reinstall the network card drivers [integrated Realtek gigabit], updated the drivers, release the IP address and renew, flush the DNS cache, changed cables, changed ports on the switch and the router, restarted everything, etc. and then tried everything in the forums, on google, youtube, etc. without a solution. The only thing I did not try was to install a new PCIe Network card and disable the on-board card. But since this card never had this issue before, I did not suspect the hardware was the issue. After trying many things I decided it was time to install Windows 10 Pro anyways and as painful as that was to me to even think about that, I went ahead and upgraded. To my surprise, the network card was working like a charm, connecting to the internet just fine, but the speed issue persisted. I am at my wit's end. Not sure what else to do. I don't have that issue on any other Windows 10 device in my network. It is isolated to only this machine. I completed all of the Windows updates and am now running Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 OS Build 18363.815. Please help! In the meantime I am going to purchase a PCIe network card to see if that will help.

I suggest you run the Internet connections troubleshooter, and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Internet Connections.
• Follow on screen instructions.

Microsoft Edge bottom half cut off on Windows 10

We can try the following ways:

1. I suggest we clear the browsing history and check if the issue persist.
   

Please follow the steps:

Open Microsoft Edge.

Click on “...” (… symbol) on the top right corner of the browser.

Select Settings from the drop down menu.

Click on Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data.

Check the Cookies and saved website data (and any other data you want to clear) and click on Clear button.

1. Enable Inprivate Browing feature of Edge.
   

We can refer to Enable Private Browsing in IE 11 and Microsoft Edge

1. Try to reset Windows Edge. Go to Settings->App->Apps and features->Windows Edge->Advanced options->Reset.
   

1. Use Windows Compatibility List.
   

Open "Windows Edge".

Type "about:flags".

Click "Enter".

Check "Use Windows Compatibility List".

Restart the computer.

1. Try to update Windows updates.
   
2. Logon the laptop with another computer account, if we still have this problem, try reinstalling the operating system.

Mine is same speed 2133MHZ, see in pic in task manager, can look there to.My RAM is 2400MHZ (OC)
