Windows 10: Internet unresponsive for a few seconds after logging out and back in & random disruptions.

I have been having this issue for a while now, and it starts randomly from a few hours to days every time I reboot. When I log out win + L and log back in, my internet becomes unstable and stops responding to apps for 4 seconds after 4 seconds for like 20 seconds.It can also happen without me doing anything for every few hours or when connecting to a game.this is what the performance of Wi-Fi looks like before:after logging back in:I downloaded some proxifiers and I believe they aren't running.I installed npcap which was later uninstalled. did not fix this specific issueI installed mitmpr

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

I need help with the unresponsive DNS issue. Windows 10 stops recognizing the DNS server even after a few seconds of having it corrected.

I ´ve noticed that it happens after every major update. It is unbearable! It´s been disrupting badly my working routine... I´ve read almost every article that has been written about solving the unresponsive DNS issue including the suggestions that Microsoft
gives. I´ve followed very suggested steps... but the issue continues... Is there any chance of giving it a permanent solution?
