Windows 10: Internet Usage is off the charts. Please help

I got a huge bill from my ISP and I believe this to be the cause of the offset in regular monthly data usage. I need to fix this as soon as possible so any help is greatly appreciated.




I'm not sure what information I should provide, I am using a dell laptop, Windows 10, I have automatic windows updates off and metered connection set up. Thanks again if you are able to provide any assistance.

Charts not rendering image in IE11 but fine in other browsers

Tried the suggestions listed, but still have blank areas where charts

should be showing, but just on this one usage category

 

Off the chart (literally!) disk usage

Glenn, we would like to check if you are still experiencing a high disk usage on your end, if yes, we would like to ask if you can try to follow the steps below for as a workaround:

• Go to Start menu and select Settings
• Select System
• Select Notification & actions
• Then turn off all notification and check if disk usage would still get a high usage.

Let us know how it goes.

To better assist you with your concern, we would like to ask some questions for us to know what is the next possible resolution to provide.

• Can you tell us to troubleshooting steps you have done on your end?
• Have you already checked the Task Manager to verify the programs that are causing the high disk usage? If yes, can you provide us a screenshot of it?
• Have you tried stopping or disabling those programs? Can you tell us if that helps?
