Windows 10: Internet won’t work on my PC suddenly but the wi-fi still works on other devices.

My internet was fine 150mbs then suddenly it stopped working. Restarted PC and for the first 10 seconds internet is back, and then it drops to 2kbs and no webpage loads. Spotify and discord are super slow if they work at all. What do i do?

Wi-Fi not working after upgrade to Windows 10.

From your description. I understand your Wi-Fi is not working after upgrading to Windows 10.

• Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:Are you able to connect to internet using LAN cable connection?
• Do you get any error message/error code when you try connecting the PC to Wi-Fi?
• Are you able to see the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray with an exclamation mark on it?
• What are the troubleshooting methods performed to resolve the issue?

You may be facing the above issue due to incompatible network drivers on your PC or due to change in the network provider services.

Step 1: If you have not tried, I suggest you to check if you are able to connect to internet using LAN cable.

If you are able to connect to internet using LAN cable, I suggest you to check if the wireless adapters are shown in the
Device manager by following the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select Device manager option.
• Expand Network adapters option and check if the adapter to support Wi-Fi connection is located.
• If yes, right click on the adapter and select Update option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
• Close the window and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 2: If you do not locate the wireless network adapter under Device manager, I suggest you to download and install the latest and compatible wireless adapter drivers for Windows 10 operating system from the manufacturer’s
website and check if the issue is resolved.
