Windows 10: Internet works but certain processes and all microsoft/windows apps will not read my connection

This is the most frustrating PC problem I have EVER had. So my internet works just fine however from the title it seems to pick and choose what it wants to work on. Discord, league of legends, and google chrome are the only things on my pc that allow my internet connection to work on. I have gone through numerous fixes and nothing seems to work. I need help diagnosing what is causing this. i'm going to list below all of the "fixes" i have tried.restarting pc, restarting internet, turning pc off and back on, registry edits, network adapter reset, using windows troubleshooters, updated every dri

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?




Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).

Microsoft Store and Cortana apps not working/connecting to internet

Hello, I'm having trouble getting Cortana and Windows Store apps to connect to internet. I've tried every suggestion given but still no success. When trying to use store app I get code 0x80072EFD or code 0x80072EE2. Can somebody help me? I've read
that once you get the "store" app working then Cortana will work. These apps are have a problem connecting to the internet.
