Windows 10: Internet

My internet is fine, My internet says it is working and secured. It says it is connected. It works for my tablet, Phone, Xbox one's and the TV's my house has. But when I go onto internet explorer or anything that uses wifi, Within the first few minutes of use (Usually 5-10 minutes) It cannot reach the page! I refresh and still, Cannot reach. I turn my internet which still says connected and secured, Off and on and it works, For another 5-10 minutes before it comes up with the cannot reach. This is annoying and bad. Please help me fix this.

Is it possible to share internet connection via remote desktop?

RDP is not capable of Internet sharing, so you can't share Internet using RDP with standard applications. There are many way to share Internet from a Windows box to another one. I suggest you to use VPN. You should do following steps:

1. Run VPN Server on your server with unlimited internet access
   
2. Connect to VPN server from your limited computer
