Windows 10: "Interrupt Action" keep popping up and deleted my files or folder whenever i clicked it

"Interrupted Actions" when clicking on desktop folders, executable etc.

Recently when I click to open a folder or an executable my computer will freak out, delete/vanish the folder/executable and pop up with "(#) Interrupted Action(s)" and sometimes it will start-up/open what I've selected but more often than not it completely
removes it and doesn't do anything else other than spam "Interrupted actions"

I recently did a scan with MalwareBytes and it didn't come up with anything?

Please help.

(If requested I'll sacrifice a folder for the sake of showing)

edit 1 : It seems to have stopped for now, but it will more than likely start back up.

edit 2 : I've posted this and I'm going to take some rest, been up 18 hours working on a project. I'll reply to replies when I wake up.

 

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

any where on computer file it fixes for some minutes and then again continues

even i deleted all files from my computer format the hard disk

before deleting all files i also scan with avast antivirus and 360 total security

no malware was found

Even install oder version of windows 10

problem also exist in safe mode

before that it was working fine from 1.5 years on that pc with windows 10

help me to solve the issue
