Windows 10: Interrupted Action Error - File Explorer - Windows 11

Each time I make a new folder & then try to rename it I'm getting one of these errors saying it can not find file path name like it is searching for a file rather than renaming the file. Now trying to move a folder into another folder I'm getting same error, even when trying the copy & past. Yes later after rebooting I'm able to change the name.

File Explorer in Windows 11 interrupts

File Explorer in Windows 11 22H2 22621.1555 interrupts other processes in progress and pops up a File Explorer window. It never used to do this. Is there a setting I can change to stop this please?

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Explorer Replacement?

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
