Interrupts Are Seemingly Preventing ReadFile From Setting Event to Signaling

This issue is very similar to my previous problem that I made a post about last week. I also left a comment on that post asking for help, but have decided a new post may be appropriate. The problem is still that the ReadFile is not setting the event to signaling, but now it is seems to be doing this because of interrupts. The WaitForSingleObject fails much less than it did before as before it failed every time. Now, it seems to occur when interrupts happen. When I open many windows or repeatedly move the window of one of the LabVIEW vi's the ReadFile tends to fail to set the event back to sign

    :)

  2. Possible drawbacks of disabling Message Signaled Interrupt

I am currently having an issue where my Hard Disk usage is constantly at 100%. Many possible solutions found online. One of them suggests to "fix" StorAHCI.sys Driver by disabling Message Signaled Interrupt.
Could this create any issues with my setup?

How do I prevent Microsoft Teams from interrupting startup?: Every time I open my computer I am blocked from doing anything because of an ad for Microsoft Teams.
