Windows 10: Intuit Proseries 2019 won't install and error message Kernelbase.dll keeps coming up on the...

I have spent at least 20 hours this week trying to install this tax program. Proseries is no help at all after 7 different people. My IT guy says it is probably a DLL file error. Is there a download tool that will work to fix this or do I have to run a recovery disk to do a clean install of Windows 10 and will that even fix it?

maybe it has something to do with updates\

• How have you installed Windows 10?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• What exactly do you mean by: "my incredimail stoped working"?
• When exactly do you get these errors?

As a workaround, I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Hi guys I have problem when I´m installing my Asus NB Probe. I got .dll error and I can´t do anything.
