Windows 10: INTUNE devices often stucks on "pending"

Hi everyone,Why Intune functions sometime takes 10min to start working sometimes hours and sometimes even days. We have branches in different countries and if we need to prepare computer by re-useing it for new employee we use Intunes "Fresh start", but it works 4 times out of 10. yes i'm aware that "Fresh start" needs to be run on active and not disabled user.The same thing with all other Intune functions - "Retire" "wipe" "restart" "scan" etc. Takes effect in minutes or days. Its frustrating..Is this configuration issue ? or is that suppose to be ?

Intune device issue

Hello,

has anyone experienced an issue where a device in intune has had a "fresh start" however it didn't actually do anything and has removed the device from intune? The device has no local admin account and cannot be managed in intune anymore with things locked down such as re-installing windows or resetting the device. Any suggestions besides swapping out the drive?

Intune Hybrid Join, MDM „None"by AD Devices but by AAD Devies „Intune"

Dear Microsoft Community,

Unfortunately we are having some issues with the Hybrid Join setup where we are not able to verify them.

The devices are joined from Active Directory Hybrid into Azure Active Directory and are stored there as such. We have the Education E5 license and therefore all permissions for Intune. Unfortunately, only devices with the Azure AD Joined join type are synced into Intune and for those Intune is entered as MDM, as we would like for all devices. But devices that are Hybrid Azure AD joined, can not be managed in Intune and as MDM is None.The MDM server URL is stored as it is in the documentation.We are currently trying to verify what it could be because we had built a test site and in this everything worked.

We suspect that it could be because Internet Explorer is globally disabled and therefore the URLs for the Intune Sync can not be called.

unfortunately I could not upload any screenshots. Therefore I briefly describe the components:

• Azure Ad Connect is Activ ( no Erros )
  
• Intune Connector is Activ ( no Errors )
  
• MDM default settings in portal.azure ( no Errors )
  
• Deployment Profile is activ ( Hybrid Azure AD joined )
  
• Monitoring logs also just succeed, no mistake. But the AD devices are trying to sync because initially "Pending" is displayed.

Enrolling Android Device in Intune - Google Account?

After doing my own research it appears this depends on what kind of Android device you want to enroll. Starting with:

• Set up Android Enterprise work profile enrollments
• Set up Android Enterprise dedicated device enrollments
• Set up Android Enterprise fully managed enrollments

In my case, I wanted to enroll a fully-managed device:

According to the above documentation:

*Admins or users are to: (5) On the Google sign-in screen, enter afw#setup instead of a Gmail account, and then choose
NEXT.*

The next step is to scan or input the Android enrollment token - Intune blade (Azure portal) > Device enrollment - Android enrollment > Android enrollment (under Manage) > Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices (Preview)
