Windows 10: Intune Remote Help not working on Windows 10 Pro on ARM

My Computer is a Lenovo Yoga 5G with Windows 10 Pro for ARM architecture installed.I joined the device to Azure AD and it was registered into Intune MDM.The device was registered successfully and is shown as compliant.Unfortunately I couldn't make Intune Remote Help client run on the Lenovo.First problem:When I login to the Lenovo with an Azure AD user then I cannot login to Intune Remote Help at all.During login to Remote Help I'm being logged off with the error message that the user does not exist in the tenant. But it does!I worked around this by creating a local user, starting Remote Help

I suggest you to run Built In troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Step 1: Please follow the steps below to run Built in Troubleshooter:

• Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar.
  
• Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• Select Windows store Apps.
  
• Follow the on screen instruction.

Step 2: After running Troubleshooter follow the below steps.

• Type Remote Desktop in search bar.
• Select Remote Desktop app and open it.
• In the bottom you will see a button as Show Options.
• Click on Show Options, you will see the options to enter your credentials.
• Enter the credentials and click on Connect.
• Check if it works.

Connecting Remotely to Windows 10 Pro

I see, you are thinking of Remote Desktop.

If you want something that is easy to configure then you should look at TeamViewer.

With Remote Desktop you must have the following:

• A Windows Pro PC at your workplace.
• A fixed internal IP address at your workplace.
• A domain name for your workplace.
• A tunnel through the router at your workplace.

This is something that requires the skills of a network administrator. With TeamViewer, none of this is needed.
