Windows 10: Invalid Drive D:\

In "Program and Features" I have Epic Games Launcher but I can't delete it. I suppose it happen because Epic Games Launcher was on disk D:/ but it broke a few months ago. And when I try to download launcher I see the same message as when I trying to delete it. Is there a way to fix it?

Thank you for the response. I think you are right, I'm not sure I ever saw a D drive listed before. I tried what you advised but I don't have the option to select volume D. I hit remove=d but it says arguments invalid. Am I doing something wrong, any
other suggestions. Thanks
