Windows 10: Invalid login information is displayed when I login

When I startup Windows 10 the login screen shows my username without a picture and displays "Username or password is incorrect. Try again". When I press enter my username is listed twice, one with my picture, and one without. I am able to login with the username that shows my picture. If I sign out and sign back in then the username without my picture is no longer listed. Going to Settings the duplicate/invalid username isn't there anywhere so I can't delete it.

Auto Login? and you can use third party program to make the boot image/screen all black. It should, depending on your system speed, display the old style login menu for 1/4 of a second and then you're in.

So it would be old style NT login, with auto-login enabled. The icons dissapear as well.

 

Upgraded to Leopard Login Problems

So I just upgraded my Dad's iMac to OSX Leopard and I can't login using his user information from before the upgrade. I will enter his info, hit the login button, but after a few seconds it just goes from being faded to normal.

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...
