Windows 10: Invalid Peramiter - F

Heya folks, So, I'm trying to run a disk check for find and repair but I'm getting the message "Invalid parameter - F". This seems really strange to me as I brought up the command list just before and it's listed. Any ideas?

Based on the information you have provided in your post; we need to do further investigation. To assist you better, we'd like to know the following:

• Have you tried using a third party software to manage the disk partition?
• Did you format the drive?

We suggest that you check for the drive in the Disk Management and look if it appears. Follow these steps:

• Log on as administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
• Press Windows+R key and type diskmgmt.msc and then click OK.

Look if the Drive F: appears and check if it is unallocated.

the handle is invalid HELP!

I'm going through the same thing right now. i tried to go in and come in on safe mode but it still would give me the same error. Now it will take my password, start to log in and bring up my main screen but it blip then goes back to the sign in page where i put my password in it would give that 'invalid handle" message.

 

F:\ The directory name is invalid

I updated to Windows 10 and now I'm getting frequent error messages saying "F:\ The directory name is invalid" and "G:\ The directory name is invalid" I'm not sure what my F:\ and G:\ drives are. I can't find anything about them on my computer. These error
messages pop up out of nowhere. Any idea why I'm getting them or what I can do to stop them?
