Windows 10: Invalid Serial Number?

I removed my laptop from Devices fairly recently, but now I need it back onto Devices but when I entered the serial code it said that it doesn't recognize the serial code and that I need to try again. I double checked by checking the back of the laptop, and even triple checked the box in which I got the laptop and inputted the code and yet it still says the same thing? Can anyone please help?


On another note, I was looking at replies at a similar question and the person says that it is invalid because "the trial has expired" and that "you will need to buy it again". Can anyone please elaborate what the user meant by that? What is there to "buy", I bought the laptop, do I have to buy the same model of laptop in order to keep the serial number updated?


I am so confused.

Invalid Serial Number?

I would like to register my 6750 Mural on "My Nokia" but it tells me my serial number is invalid. I tried putting it in with slashes and without slashes. Should I contact AT&T or is this a Nokia glitch... anyone? Thanks!

I also had the same problem. But when I used the IMEI number as serial number, the registration page returned "Invalid Serial Number."

The serial number has only 12 digits, but the IMEI number has 15 digits.

What gives?

6303 invalid serial number

Hi, new to this site so hope i am in the right area. I am trying to register my 6303 in My Nokia but I keep getting an invalid serial number. I have checked it and it is correct so just wondering what I can do. I am unable to find an email section for
Nokia support which I can use. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
