Windows 10: inverted mouse colur keeps resetting

I'm severely sight impaired, and i'm using a Windows 10 PC laptop, magnifier swiyches on automatically and inverted colour mouse pointer. Only almost every time i start my computer or wake it from sleep or if a system administrator dialogue box pops up, my mouse will turn white. just your standard white cursor. Every time this happens i go to the "change mouse colour" setting and inverted mouse colour is still selected, but my mouse is white. I've reset the laptop recently due to problems with updates, but that did not fix the issue. sometimes it seems the mouse will only stay inverted for a

Frequent invertion of colurs

My Windows 10 computer inverts colours frequently at least once a day.Also,whenever I insert or remove a disc, the screen colour inverts and it takes sometime to go back to it's original state.

Are you using a mouse or touchpad?

If it's a Touchpad, what exactly is the model and manufacturer of the laptop?
