Windows 10: Invisible and not working w10 applications

I tried opening Sea of Thieves this morning only to have my pc softlocked could only close certain programs so i restarted my pc by pressing the power button after that any app downloaded from Ms store would not launch and displaying a white progress like bar on any app that came from the ms store in the start menu. I tried to use the repair w10 wich did not work and after that completely reinstall w10 wich only made it worse as now i dont even see the icons anymore i cant find anything about this online.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Metro 2033 fails to work on windows 10!

I don't recall you mentioning any trouble shooting steps attempted though. At the very least, doing a quick search and checking threads like this very well may have solved it for you. It's listed as compatible on MS' list of games that work with W10 for a reason, because many if not most are able to get it running on W10. At least some level of workaround may be required, but some got it running without doing anything.
