Windows 10: Invisible partition in win 11

Today I upgraded the SSD of my laptop to a 2T SSD. I also made a clean installation of windows 11 pro did not have to save any files. I have never used partitions before, but I thought I would try this. So I created one with the size of 150GB for the operating system. Everything went fine untill I tried to access the partitions through This PC. The only thing I can see is the small partition where the operating system is C:. In disk management it looks as below D is here just a memory stick. So, you can see that I have this large amount of space described as "unallocated", which does no

W7 Hard drive partition issue

to get rid of that 100 meg windows partition that setup creates for you on a new install on a blank hdd:

- press shift+f10 when on the partition management screen in setup <-- this opens a command prompt
- diskpart <-- start the windows command line partition management tool
- list disk <--- list the installed hdds in this computer for the next step
- select disk 0 <- might have to replace 0 with the number of the correct disk
- clean <-- this will erase all data on the disk you selected one step up- dont use the wrong disk!
- create partition primary <- creates a primary partition taking up all space on the drive, adjust the command if necessary
- exit, exit to exit diskpart and the command prompt
- click refresh in partition manager and select your newly created partition and install to that

 

Favorites gone invisible ie 11


Hello
I have a strange problem on my pc
My favorites button in IE 11 is invisible when i push it when i am on for example google.com, alle my fav's is invisible
But it is normal if it is on a local intranet site inside my work domain
On my laptop it is working fine ??
I might have touch somme settings that i should not :-(
Any suggestions what to do to fix it ?

how to get lost Partition in win 11

Hi

i had a local disk 0 which had more than 900 gb of space in which i had installed win 11 i reinstalled win 11 on my laptop but when there was options like Partition 1 Partition 3 i cannot see my primary Partition which had 900 gb so i installed win 11 again on my primary Partition 2 which had 200 gb in it is my primary Partition which had more than Partition deleated ??/ how can i fix it
